A New Breakthrough Has Been Made in the Infill Technology of Ultra-short Horizontal Wells in Ansai Oilfield of Changqing
On September 23, the author learned from the site of Well 57-0111 in Wangjiaping, Wangnan Operating Zone, Ansai Oil Field, Changqing that after the production was put into operation, the daily oil production of this well was 5.03 tons, 3.5 times of the average production capacity of the infill directional well.
Since the beginning of this year, with the aim of maximizing the remaining oil and prolongating the stable production period with low water cut, this plant adheres to the reconstruction idea of segmented multi-cluster, moderate displacement and single-stage optimization, accurately describes the law of water flooding, and applies reservoir numerical simulation technology to realize the quantitative description of the remaining oil in plane and profile. After infill, the water flooding condition is obviously improved, the pressure and seepage field are redistributed, the water flooding spread volume is enlarged, and the average water flooding control degree is increased by 8.6%, realizing the high yield and benefit of fewer Wells. In addition, the use of ultra-short horizontal well infill can also optimize the horizontal section length and well pattern, so as to control water cut and increase yield per unit area.
Through this technology, Ansai Oilfield has deployed 144 ultra-short horizontal infill Wells in The Zones of Say160 and Pingqiao South ultra-low permeability, and 99 Wells have been drilled and 83 have been put into production. In the initial stage, the daily production capacity of each well has reached more than 3.7 tons. The overall recovery rate of horizontal Wells in the infill zone has been increased by about 3%, and the oil recovery rate has been increased by about 0.36%.
