Up to now, all 13 well groups in SAGD adjustment area 9, 8, Xinjiang Oil Field Heavy Oil Company have been transferred to production, producing 47,000 tons of oil this year.

Since the SAGD adjustment area was shifted to pumping production at the beginning of this year, the heavy oil company has adhered to the "three fine" management, with careful well selection, fine regulation and precision measures, and the production effect has been continuously rising.

The Heavy Oil Company has been continuously deepening reservoir geological research, taking into account reservoir thickness, residual geological reserves and other factors, and has deployed 13 SAGD well group to carry out SAGD development test. On the basis of ensuring the production of all well groups, the company, based on reserves and resources, selects the well groups with large oil thickness, long horizontal section and excellent geological potential to carry out the 50-ton high-yielding well group cultivation work.

In well group cultivation, technical personnel to overcome the difficulty, for the well group strong reservoir heterogeneity, channeling circulation problems such as complex, local physical intercalation development, actively carry out quick preheating plug + reservoirs fracturing technology, effectively shorten the symmetry circulation preheating period of 35 days, well group connected degree was 86%, and the single well group of steam saving 08000 cubic meters.

After the pumping production, according to the downhole thermocouple temperature monitoring, timely adopt the control measures such as increasing the vapor extract fluid and stabilizing the oil control fluid to control the reasonable vapor-liquid interface and effectively improve the production effect of the well group.

The institute of Oilfield Geology and relevant operating areas should strengthen linkage management, closely track the production dynamics of well groups, and formulate targeted regulation measures to ensure the accuracy of each regulation instruction and measure.

SAGD test area produces good results continuously, which provides a reliable basis for the application of displacement and drainage development technology in old heavy oil areas of the same type.
