Austrian oil and gas company OMV big losses in the first quarter

Sinopec News Network, April 30,2020 According to dow jones april 29, austrian OMV on wednesday said it was losing money in the first quarter and revised its target for the full year.

 The Austrian oil and gas company reported a loss of 159 million euros ($172.3 million) in the first quarter and a profit of 354 million euros a year earlier.

OMV said sales fell to 4.76 billion euros in the first quarter, down from 5.4 billion euros a year earlier, in response to falling global commodity prices.
