Disposable Casing Brush

Ensure casing cleanliness during equipment installation

The Sharp Razor disposable casing brush is a mechanical wellbore cleanup tool used to ensure cleanliness while installing temporary or permanent downhole equipment. The simple design allows it to connect directly below the tool, which allows casing cleaning and tool placement to be performed in a single run.

The bristles in the brush are configured to provide 360° coverage in the casing. The rotating and reciprocating capabilities ensure that debris can be cleaned in a variety of applications. For applications requiring drilling out, the plug is available in drillable alloy.

The disposable casing brush is available for casing in sizes from 4 1/2 in. to 13 3/8 in.
