On November 8th, the 9th China International Petroleum Trade Conference was held in Shanghai. As a supporting event of the third China International Import Expo, the conference proposed that in the face of the uncertain international trade situation under the influence of COVID-19, oil and gas enterprises can only explore new directions and paths for the development of international oil and gas trade by working together to overcome difficulties, deepen cooperation and exchanges, and seek mutual benefit and win-win results. Huang Yongzhang, deputy general manager of the group company, attended the meeting and made a speech.

From 15 countries and regions, more than 200 world famous companies of more than 600 guests, by attending online way, around the "cooperation and innovation, and promote new international trade of oil and gas development" theme, is under the new pattern of opening to the outside world of China's energy development efforts, COVID - 19 outbreak, the development prospect of oil and gas industry, the energy structure transformation under the new measures for the oil and gas trade, the use of science and technology promote the development of energy transformation and the hydrogen the challenges and opportunities to traditional petrochemical enterprise in-depth issues such as communication.

Huang yongzhang pointed out that in the face of the current difficult time in the oil and gas industry, CNPC persisted in the harsh winter of war, changed its concept, took responsibility bravely and stepped up to the stage, and fulfilled its responsibility as a state-owned oil enterprise in the face of adversity. In the future, the world oil and gas trade should pay more attention to the tendency of global economic regionalization, consider and analyze the trend of global oil and gas trade pattern. We should pay attention to the trend of diversified distribution of global supply chains and diversified economic and social development models, and accelerate the improvement of China's oil and gas trade supply chain system and operation model. Focus on the global economy and the trend of accelerating digital transformation to build a digital platform for oil and gas trade;

We will take effective measures to prevent and control major risks in international oil and gas trade.

The conference reached consensus that, in order to effectively resolve crises and address risks and challenges, international exchanges and cooperation in the field of oil and gas must be strengthened, a new pattern of development in which both domestic and international cycles play a dominant role and both domestic and international cycles reinforce each other should be accelerated, a diversified supply system of oil and gas resources should be established, and energy supply security should be effectively maintained. To fully adapt to the changes in the demand for consumption upgrading in the Chinese market, we will promote the development and utilization of digital technology, big data, artificial intelligence technology and efficient and clean energy, drive high-quality supply through innovation, and lead and create new demand for supply in the domestic oil and gas market. We will actively participate in the reshaping of the global industrial chain, accelerate research and development, design, marketing services, and brand operations, and stimulate new growth drivers in the oil and gas sector.
