International Oil Prices Rose on July 29th, New York Market Closed at $41.27 A Barrel
Light crude for September delivery rose 23 cents, or 0.56%, to settle at $41.27 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange by the end of the day.
Brent crude for September delivery rose 53 cents, or 1.23%, to settle at $43.75 a barrel in London.
Data released by the US Energy Information Administration on Friday showed that US commercial crude oil inventories fell by 10.6 million barrels month on month last week, a much bigger drop than market expectations of 1.2 million barrels.
