International oil prices rose on The 18th New York market to close at $38.84 a barrel

 
New York, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices rose Tuesday as Opec and its partners pushed for a 100% output cut to boost market confidence.
 
Light crude for July delivery rose 88 cents, or 2.32%, to settle at $38.84 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. London Brent crude for August delivery rose 80 cents, or 1.97%, to settle at $41.51 a barrel.
