International oil prices rose to $34.35 a barrel in New York

Xinhua News Agency, New York, May 26(Reporter Liu Yannan) due to the international oil market supply and demand situation continues to improve, international oil prices rose on May 26.

Light crude for July delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose $1.1 per barrel, or 3.31 per cent, to $34.35. Brent crude for July delivery rose $0.64 to $36.17 a barrel, or 1.80 per cent.
